Following the first corona wave, the previous government ordered millions of mouth masks from the Luxembourg company Avrox through the Ministry of Defense. These were distributed free of charge via the pharmacists from June onwards. But according to a confidential report from the scientific institute Sciensano, it would appear that the mouth masks may be harmful to health, because they contain tiny particles of silver and titanium dioxide.
